Win hospitality at The Volvo Ocean Race when it comes to Cardiff

The ultimate ocean marathon, The Volvo Ocean Race hits Welsh shores from Sunday 27th May to Sunday 10th June 2018 and we have a pair of hospitality tickets to be won, along with an overnight hotel stay.

After leaving Alicante, Spain last October, the Volvo Ocean Race fleet is set to visit 12 cities, touch six continents – and for the first time in its history, stop here in Wales, right in the capital city.

The Volvo Ocean Race Cardiff Stopover will all take place in Cardiff Bay where you can explore the Race Village, find out more about the endurance contest in the Volvo Ocean Race, The Globe cinema, take a photograph with the iconic trophy and participate in a range of action-packed activities.

Of course, the festival will also have a full-on Welsh flavour, with delicious food and drink available from local producers – from popular street food to bars serving real ale. Plus, it’s all served alongside live music sessions on the waterfront.

Join the festivities and give a big Welsh welcome to the teams bold enough to compete in the world’s toughest oceans for the ultimate sporting prize. Be a part of history as it makes it's first appearance in Wales, and touches British shores again for the first time in 12 years.
